Fulfillment Centers
We operate from five fulfillment centers located in:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Hong Kong (our main hub)
After your order is placed, it takes 1–5 business days to process and prepare it for shipment. If your closest fulfillment center is out of stock, your package will be shipped from Hong Kong, where we stock a wide selection of products.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted local carriers based on your country — Australia Post, StarTrack, and CouriersPlease for Australia; NZ Post and Aramex for New Zealand; USPS, UPS, and FedEx for the United States; and Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS for Canada.
Carrier selection may vary depending on inventory availability to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 working days of being received. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your package has shipped.
Estimated shipping times after processing:
- US & Canada: 6 – 10 Business Days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7 – 12 Business Days
- Europe: 7 – 14 Business Days
- Latin America: 10 – 25 Business Days
- Other Countries: 15 – 30 Business Days
Some countries may experience delivery times of 2–6 weeks due to customs delays
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier’s system. You will receive an email notification with the tracking link.
Even if tracking hasn’t updated yet, rest assured your order is on the way.
You can track your order via your local post office’s website or directly from our website.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct.
We process orders quickly, so there is a small window to make address changes. If you believe you submitted the wrong address, contact us immediately at:

If no correction is received within 15 days of delivery, we may assume the original address is correct. We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses but can assist in resending the package with your consent.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Evacarry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
